As a deranged rainmaker, you’ll need to devour baby clouds to grow in power while avoiding scorching hot winds that threaten to dry you out. The clock is ticking, and you must drench the entire island before time runs out. Will you reign as the ultimate storm of destruction, or will your reign be blown away?
